We have meetings at 2 pm the first Sunday of each month from September to May. Meetings may be delayed a week if the month starts with a holiday, such as New Year's Day.
What Goes On at a Meeting?
Our meetings usually include:
Business meeting
Informative presentation
Snack break
'Show and Tell'
Orchid auction
We encourage members to bring a snack or drink to share at the refreshment table.
Our new meeting place- Storypoint- Portage
"We will be using the building’s BACK entrance, not the front one.
The driveway circles the whole building. As you enter the driveway, go straight back. Do NOT turn on the first road to the right— that’s for maintenance—just keep going as the drive circles to the back. There is a portico by the entrance to stop under while unloading your boxes. Please park your car in the lot once unloaded.
After entering the building, look for the first large, teal/blue-colored room on the left. Please do try to come a little early to minimize confusion, to set up your plants for show and tell, put out snacks if you are able to bring them, and all the rest!"
